Your deposit holds your seat. Your balance is due 3 days before the first session (the date is shown on each cohort page). If the balance is unpaid at that point, your seat is released to the waitlist; your deposit still transfers under section 3. Pay-in-full at checkout includes the Mock Readiness Assessment ($150 value). Prices are the same for everyone: no discounts, no promo codes. If Afterpay or Klarna is offered at checkout, those installments are an agreement between you and that provider.
If you book a Performance Report Review and then enroll in any cohort, we refund the $97 to your original payment method within 48 hours of your balance payment. One credit per learner.
Before your cohort starts, your deposit and any balance paid transfer to any later NCLEX Lakay cohort within 12 months — tell us in writing (email or WhatsApp). Once the cohort starts, the deposit is non-refundable. Withdraw in writing before the first session of Week 2 and 50% of your balance is refunded; no refunds after that. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Each room runs with at least 6 learners. If a cohort has fewer than 6 paid deposits at its deadline, you choose: move to another cohort (paying or receiving the difference in price) or a full refund of everything paid.
If we must cancel a live session, a recorded replacement session is posted within 48 hours and a make-up live Q&A is added at the end of the cohort. Sessions are held on US federal holidays that fall on class days; recordings are posted the same night.
Session recordings and materials are available to enrolled learners through 2 weeks after the last session of the cohort. A 4-week extension is available ($397). Materials are for your personal study only and may not be shared, resold, or posted. WhatsApp support is light-touch and answered during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM ET).
Returning students (any prior NCLEX Lakay cohort) receive two 1:1 coaching sessions with their enrollment. Additional sessions are $125 and paid before booking. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited.
We promise live coaching from a Nurse Practitioner, a personalized weekly plan, review of your missed questions, and our full attention to how you think. No program can guarantee a passing result on the NCLEX®, and we don't. Your result depends on your preparation, attendance, and practice.
Rooms are small and safe. Learners who record other learners, share materials outside the cohort, or behave disrespectfully may be removed without refund.
